We want people who experiment without waiting for permission, push AI beyond the obvious, know when to trust it, and when to question it. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ➡️ Mission Shape how Qonto communicates with its customers by delivering a continuous, intuitive, and consistent customer experience across every channel and touchpoint, meeting regulatory obligations while turning customer communications into an efficient growth engine. You will report to Jen Christoph and build the orchestration layer behind Qonto’s numerous communication tools, giving every team a single, compliant view of what has been sent and to whom. ➡️ As Product Manager, Client Communication, you will: Greenfield ownership: Build the shared platform—event-driven orchestration, a unified communication log, and preference management- that CRM, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams can rely on. Meaningful, high-stakes impact: Close critical regulatory gaps, improve operational excellence, and unlock new opportunities for growth. Platform thinking: Turn fragmented tools and use cases into a cohesive, scalable system that teams across Qonto can easily adopt. Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with CRM, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Engineering to align stakeholders and define clear scope and ownership from day one. ➡️ What you can expect Market context: Communication is shifting from distributed features to a dedicated program. You will build the connective tissue behind Qonto’s customer-communication strategy, with Regulatory, Growth, and Operations closely involved. Team: You will be the founding PM of a new team inside Core Experience, alongside a peer-group of PMs that also own some of Qonto’s critical UX platforms like homepage, navigation, inbox and user roles. Recent projects: The team is just getting started to shape the product vision - you help define the initial roadmap from day one. Tools: You will work across Braze, Customer.io, SendGrid, Lemlist, and Zendesk, plus the orchestration layer designed to connect them. ➡️ About you Experience: You have senior Product Management experience and are comfortable owning a platform-level problem spanning multiple tools and internal customers. Communications and CRM expertise: You have worked hands-on with communication or CRM platforms such as Braze, Customer.io, or other notification or email systems, ideally across multiple tools in a real ecosystem. Complexity and scale: You have operated where Regulatory, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams all have competing claims on what gets sent to customers. Stakeholder management: You communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, building trust, aligning diverse perspectives, and influencing decisions.
