Product Designer - Omnichannel

Join Text and Shape the Omnichannel Messaging Experience! At Text, we're building a suite of products that supercharge how our clients communicate with their customers. This mission is ambitious, but we're fully committed to it. Our Omnichannel team owns how customers connect their messaging channels — WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, SMS, Instagram, and more to come — to the Text, and how agents work across all of them from one inbox. That means designing the full lifecycle: connecting a channel, managing settings and permissions, handling errors when something on the provider's side breaks, and making sure every channel feels consistent and reliable. We're looking for a Product Designer to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end design of these channel experiences. You'll work closely with your PM and engineering team to translate technical, API-driven constraints into simple, reliable experiences for our customers. Through research, prototyping, and hands-on verification against real APIs and real flows, you'll make sure what ships actually drives engagement and business growth.
