You'll join Core UX (Enterprise), the team designing how data teams monitor, understand, and trust their pipelines at scale, including observability and alerting. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team. What You’ll Do   <ul> <li>Create compelling designs for features with real complexity, in deep partnership with user researchers, product designers, product managers, and engineers who are passionate about the user's experience.</li> <li>Use research and data to understand our users deeply, build empathy for their needs, advocate for them, and deliver impactful experiences that connect their goals to business needs.</li> <li>Shape product direction by partnering closely on requirements discussions with stakeholders.</li> <li>Bring a point of view and advocate for great UX, even when it's hard, by identifying opportunities to improve the user experience and championing your ideas.</li> <li>Drive repeated, measurable improvement in key product metrics by iterating quickly, testing early, and refining based on feedback and data. </li> <li>Approach designs from a systems perspective, developing patterns that get adopted by others.</li> <li>Contribute elements of UX strategy for your product area, with some direction from your manager and team lead.</li> <li>Use AI and automation tools to improve delivery velocity. </li> </ul> Skills We’re Looking For   <ul> <li>3+ year product design experience with at 1+ year in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise products</li> <li>A portfolio that shows strong process and design outcomes.</li> <li>Experience using AI in your design process.</li> <li>Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to bring your ideas to life.</li> <li>Self-motivated mindset. You should thrive in ambiguity, take initiative, and follow through. You'll be trusted with real ownership and responsibility here!</li> <li>Excited by the opportunity to contribute positively to our design culture and bring your unique voice. </li> <li>Able to tell compelling stories through presentations that influence teammates and stakeholders across teams.</li> <li>Driven to understand user problems and how products are actually used.
