We’re hiring an agent-pilled TypeScript developer who can help us put qualified meetings on the calendar of our sales team. We have a lead database of over 50,000 Mastra users and constantly run outbound campaigns to them. We need your help to run some of these campaigns and talk to our users that have real-world projects and commercial intent. Then: figure out which ones should be talking to the sales team. Qualified meetings and pipeline are core outputs. Helping a builder onboard or escalating their issues to the right team at Mastra counts too. We measure relevant conversations and qualified opportunities, not raw activity or meeting volume. You need the technical credibility and commercial judgment to know the difference. Customer-facing experience helps, but customer-facing skills are what’s required. You will help builders and create sales opportunities Find builders through inbound, community, product, open-source, and outbound signals. Understand their agent projects well enough to add value. Answer what you can. Bring in the right person when you can’t. When buying Mastra can help, book the meeting and give the team enough context to move quickly. When buying Mastra isn’t the answer, say so and point them somewhere useful. Turn repeated questions into better outreach, resources, systems, and product feedback. You’re a developer who likes talking to people You’ve shipped real projects in TypeScript and have serious Mastra skills. You find talking to new devs is exciting, and you’re a master at quickly downloading on projects You use and experiment with new agent tools, follow the space, and have informed opinions about how serious teams build. You update your opinions when the evidence changes. You prove valuable outcomes at small scale before fully automating. Financial incentives motivate you, but you can hear commercial intent without turning every interaction into a pitch. You’re reliable, take direct feedback, and adjust quickly when a project isn’t going to plan. You’ll become an expert in production agents In this role, you’ll see more agent projects in months than most see in years. You’ll work with devs across industries and build deep expertise in building sophisticated agent systems. This isn’t an SDR-to-AE track. The role can grow toward customer engineering, solutions, growth engineering, partnerships, DevRel, or technical sales. How to Apply No resume or cover letter. Send us (see the application form): Your LinkedIn, GitHub, and any relevant social profiles. A link to something you built. In fewer than 75 words, explain what it does and one technical decision you made. Find an engineer building an agent project that could use Mastra.
