References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.</p></div><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY </strong></p> <p>Seeking an Investment Operations Professional to join the Private Credit Operations team as a Private Credit Deal Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of private credit investments. The Private Credit Deal Coordinator will work closely with deal teams, legal, tax, finance, treasury and other groups to assist with various responsibilities related to pre- and post-close items across the Private Credit Platform.</p> <p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of private credit transactions from initial documentation through closing and funding</li> <li>Maintain and update trackers to ensure deal timelines are current, aligned with expectations, and accurately reflected in internal systems</li> <li>Prepare, update, and distribute funds flow memoranda</li> <li>Coordinate with KKR Legal, external counsel, clients, and other stakeholders to manage KYC requirements</li> <li>Provide the entity onboarding team with information related to new investment structures</li> <li>Partner with the Treasury team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of funds on closing dates</li> <li>Organize and maintain deal documentation, ensuring accessibility for relevant parties, including clients, custodians, administrators, and auditors</li> <li>Collaborate with senior team members and the Technology team to enhance systems and processes for improved efficiency</li> <li>Work closely with client coverage teams to ensure all deal-specific inquiries are addressed promptly and clients receive seamless, coordinated service</li> <li>Contribute to the expansion of the real estate pipeline by leveraging existing technology relationships and identifying new opportunities</li> <li>Coordinate with downstream stakeholders to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of ABF and real estate assets</li> </ul> <p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>0-2 years of experience in general investment operations, ideally in a middle office or other transaction-focused role</li> <li>Prior experience in private credit preferred</li> <li>Solid understanding of securitization structures and capital markets</li> <li>Familiarity with RMBS, CMBS, high-grade asset-backed finance (HG ABF), and other structured products</li> <li>Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities</li> <li>Exceptional attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and handle a high volume of work efficiently</li> <li>Strong work ethic with a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex concepts</li> <li>Curiosity about and openness to adopting emerging AI technologies in day-to-day workflows</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-HYBRID</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p>This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
