Savings is an important driver of member growth and retention, giving this role significant influence over the future of our financial health platform and how we help members build stronger financial futures. You’ll lead the ideation, development, launch, and scaling of new products and features while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support. This role reports to the Vice President & General Manager for Savings and Mobile. You communicate clearly, build alignment, and keep teams moving toward meaningful outcomes. <h2 style="text-align: justify;">What You Bring</h2> Skills & experience Required <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">7+ years of product management experience, including experience building and scaling products in high-growth environments.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">A strong track record of defining product strategy, building roadmaps, and shipping products that deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong customer orientation and a passion for building products that improve financial health.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience with experimentation, product metrics, data analysis, and data-informed decision-making.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product teams and building alignment across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Legal, Customer Support, and senior leadership.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex product decisions clearly and concisely.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">Experience navigating ambiguity, removing blockers, and driving execution across complex product initiatives.</li> </ul> Nice to Have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in financial services, fintech, digital banking, or another highly regulated industry.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience launching products within complex legal or regulatory frameworks.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using SQL or similar tools to support product analysis and decision-making.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working with globally distributed or multinational teams.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools to improve product discovery, analysis, or productivity.</li> </ul> <h2>Our AI Mindset</h2> <h3>We build with AI.
