Wouldn't it be amazing if you could join us on our journey?</p> <p>In this position, you will enjoy high organizational visibility and significant strategic impact, partnering closely with executive leadership, Fortune 100 clientele, and cross-functional teams spanning Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, and GTM stakeholders.</p> <h5><strong>As a Principal Product Manager at JFrog you will…</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Drive Global Business Strategy: Own and optimize all company-wide business processes from quote-to-cash, enabling the seamless and rapid introduction of new products and services while maintaining highly effective and efficient processes for our existing product lines.</li> <li>Build Customer Trust: Create unparalleled trust with our customers by designing and providing clear visibility into licensing, usage, and billing.</li> <li>Streamline Adoption: Champion and deliver self-service capabilities that streamline the adoption of JFrog services to humans and AI-Agents, tailoring solutions dynamically to meet evolving customer needs.</li> <li>Define Product Vision: Identify long-term market opportunities, define a robust product vision, and translate complex business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.</li> <li>Own the Platform Lifecycle: Lead critical platform products from ideation to launch, ensuring strict alignment with strategic customer needs and high-quality cross-functional execution.</li> <li>Leverage Data and Analytics: Design, experiment, and iterate based on customer feedback, market research, usage metrics, and business performance KPIs.</li> <li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner deeply with Information Systems, Finance, Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver highly scalable, secure, and efficient financial and platform systems.</li> <li>Foster Executive-Level Relationships: Drive alignment and influence decisions across engineering, business, and executive leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to key internal and external stakeholders.</li> </ul> <h5><strong>To be a Principal Product Manager you need…</strong></h5> <ul> <li>10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of significant ownership and leadership over complex, business-critical systems.</li> <li>Strong technical background: Extensive experience in engineering, R&amp;D, or deep technical product leadership.</li> <li>Expertise in business scaling: Direct experience building, scaling, and managing internal-facing platforms, monetization services, billing systems, financial workflows, entitlements, provisioning, and cross-system integrations.</li> <li>Systems knowledge: Proven experience delivering cross-functional, multi-system solutions involving enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Zuora, NetSuite, or equivalent ERP, CRM, and financial billing systems.</li> <li>Strategic leadership: Outstanding ability to manage multi-stakeholder dependencies, align diverse teams, and execute high-pressure, high-priority initiatives.</li> <li>Exceptional communication: Strong interpersonal, communication, and storytelling skills to influence and lead across engineering, business, and executive (C-suite) levels.</li> <li>Agility &amp; growth mindset: Experience working in high-growth, global SaaS companies managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.</li> </ul>
