<div class="content-intro">Hut 8 brings exceptional people together to solve the world’s most consequential problems at the intersection of energy and technology. Today, that means building infrastructure for AI at a pace and scale without precedent. Tomorrow, it could mean powering a new era of innovation through robotics, advanced manufacturing, or an industry that does not yet exist. Whatever the technology demands, our ambition holds: to build the defining physical infrastructure company of our generation. We look for thinkers and builders with the rigor, humility, and ownership to solve problems at this scale. They start from zero and choose truth over tradition. They back the best idea, whatever its source. They bet on themselves and embrace the hard truths that force them to grow. Our commitment is to keep the path from idea to execution short, trust them with critical decisions and the work that follows, and surround them with colleagues whose curiosity extends beyond their expertise.</div>ABOUT THE ROLE  The Motion Designer will help bring Hut 8's brand and stories to life through motion graphics, including animations for long-and-short-form videos, quick turn posts for social channels, and projects for internal events. You'll work closely with the brand and content teams to turn ideas into polished, on-brand motion pieces.  The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Figma, other design tools, a sharp eye for detail, and enthusiasm for learning from a broader creative team. This person should also be self-started with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual formats that are easy to understand. The motion designer will support the production of everything from short-form social videos to explainer graphics for long-form documentaries and help expand our brand guidelines for video.  This is a hands-on, high-growth opportunity for someone looking to build their motion design career inside a fast-moving, in-house creative team.  <span data-ccp-parastyle="p2"
