You'll own how our shows perform on YouTube, Spotify and Apple — the titles, thumbnails, chapters, publishing, and the short-form that pulls new viewers in. We handle production in Dubai; you own distribution and growth. We're hiring in the US/UK because that's where the deepest podcast-growth talent lives.</p> <p>**What you'll own**</p> <p>*Publishing & optimisation*<br>- Upload and schedule every episode across YouTube, Spotify, Apple and the clip platforms<br>- Craft titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters/timestamps and tags — optimised per platform<br>- Handle Spotify video setup, the Apple feed, YouTube "Set as podcast", captions and transcripts<br>- Run a per-episode quality checklist before anything ships</p> <p>*Growth*<br>- Own YouTube & Spotify growth strategy — read the data and double down on what works<br>- Build the short-form plan (Shorts, Reels, TikTok) to turn viewers into subscribers<br>- Track views, retention, subscribers and CTR, and feed insights back to the team<br>- Stay ahead of platform changes and podcast trends</p> <p>**What we're looking for**<br>- A proven track record growing a podcast or channel on YouTube + Spotify — **show us the numbers**<br>- Deep knowledge of YouTube SEO, thumbnails, Spotify/Apple publishing and Shorts strategy<br>- Hands-on with YouTube Studio, Spotify for Creators and analytics tools<br>- Based in the **US or UK**, working remotely, with overlap hours for Dubai<br>- Organised, data-driven, and someone who closes loops</p> <p>**Bonus**<br>- Experience with video podcasts specifically<br>- Editing/thumbnail literacy (enough to brief and review)<br>- Familiarity with the clip / content-reward model</p> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/podcasthub-podcast-distribution-growth-manager">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/podcasthub-podcast-distribution-growth-manager</a></p>
