Aventra Media collaborates with e-commerce brands, online businesses, and international projects to develop sustainable growth systems through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and modern communication strategies.</p> <p>During our international expansion, we are seeking Performance Marketing Specialists with strategic thinking, strong data analytics skills, and a passion for digital advertising.</p> <p>POSITION OVERVIEW</p> <p>We are looking for Performance Marketing Specialists to work remotely and participate in building, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on MetaAds and Google Ads for international projects.</p> <p>You will work directly with the Strategy, Creative, and Growth Teams to implement performance-oriented campaigns focused on customer growth, conversion optimization, and revenue expansion on digital platforms.</p> <p>This position is suitable for candidates who enjoy a professional remote work environment, possess data-driven thinking, and can quickly adapt to the modern digital marketing ecosystem.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Build and implement advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads</p> <p>Monitor and optimize performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rate<br>Set up Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and related tracking systems<br>Analyze advertising data, user behavior, and market trends to optimize campaign effectiveness<br>Build audience targeting, remarketing funnels, and appropriate advertising strategies for each project<br>Conduct A/B testing of ad content, audience segmentation, and landing pages<br>Collaborate with the Creative & Content team to develop high-conversion campaigns<br>Manage advertising budgets and optimize performance based on growth targets<br>Prepare periodic reports and propose solutions to improve advertising effectiveness</p> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <p>Practical experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads<br>Thorough understanding of Performance Marketing and the digital advertising ecosystem<br>Ability to read and understand data Analyze and make optimal decisions based on actual performance<br>Proficient in basic tracking and analytics tools<br>Ability to work independently in a remote environment<br>Strong time management and communication skills<br>Proactive, responsible, and long-term career-oriented<br>Preference will be given to candidates who have implemented large advertising budgets or have experience in international markets</p> <p>This is a fully remote position for candidates worldwide.
