You'll scale our customer base and revenue through data-driven, full-funnel acquisition strategies, building the playbooks and measurement frameworks that connect channel performance to downstream business outcomes.</p> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own end-to-end strategy and execution across global paid performance channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and mobile UA) to hit aggressive new user acquisition and efficiency targets.</li> <li>Drive a rigorous testing and learning agenda across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing experiences, translating results into scaled playbooks for global markets.</li> <li>Partner with Data Science and Analytics to design experiments, incrementality tests, and measurement frameworks that connect channel performance to downstream business outcomes.</li> <li>Lead platform relationships with Google, Meta, TikTok, and others, aligning on betas, measurement approaches, and joint growth plans to unlock new capabilities.</li> <li>Build and maintain performance dashboards and reporting with clear visibility by geo, product, and channel, proactively surfacing insights, risks, and opportunities to leadership.</li> <li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Legal, Engineering, Creative, Data Science, and regional teams.</li> </ul> <p class="mb-2 whitespace-pre-wrap"><strong>Required Skills and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience with expertise spanning paid search, paid social, and/or mobile user acquisition in an in-house or agency environment.</li> <li>Proven track record owning large-scale media budgets and delivering measurable improvements in user acquisition efficiency across multiple channels and markets.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience leveraging LLMs, no-code/low-code platforms, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, n8n, Make, Retool) to prototype custom agents and AI-driven workflows that accelerate growth experimentation and scale campaigns.</li> <li>Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Tableau) and a demonstrated experimentation mindset, with experience building and launching tests, interpreting results, and making data-grounded decisions.</li> <li>Experience with full-funnel measurement across app and web, including event strategy, SKAN/iOS privacy-aware execution, and incrementality testing; B2C experience required, fintech or crypto preferred.</li> <li>Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p><strong>Pay Transparency Notice:</strong><strong><em> </em></strong>Base salary varies by location (see range below).
