What You'll be Working on The People Operations Specialist supports the accurate, timely, and consistent delivery of day-to-day People Operations processes across North America. The role manages HRIS, payroll, benefits, time off and leave administration, employee lifecycle transactions, compliance support, reporting, and employee inquiries. The position ensures operational processes are executed effectively while supporting the Senior People Operations Manager with governance, process improvement, and strategic initiatives. This is an execution-focused role. The Senior People Operations Manager provides direction, establishes priorities, and retains accountability for People Operations governance, policy interpretation, process design, and strategic initiatives.
