The full hourly pay range is $30.15 - $45.23.</span></p> <p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p> <p>This position provides a positive and efficient employee experience across the full employee lifecycle while ensuring operational excellence in People Operations processes. Serves as a key point of contact for employee inquiries, manages intake and triage of requests, and supports payroll, HRIS, and compliance activities.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Serves as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, managing and responding to requests received through shared inboxes, collaboration tools, and other intake channels; triages inquiries, resolves routine issues, and escalates complex matters as appropriate.</li> <li>Supports the day-to-day operations of People Operations by coordinating employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience.</li> <li>Maintains HRIS data integrity by processing employee transactions, ensuring accurate and timely updates to employee records and supporting data validation and auditing activities.</li> <li>Provides backup support for payroll operations, including reviewing payroll reports, assisting with payroll cycles, and supporting compliance with multi-state payroll tax requirements, as needed.</li> <li>Maintains documentation of payroll and People Operations processes to support internal controls, audit readiness, and business continuity.</li> <li>Supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment and payroll laws, ensuring proper documentation, record retention, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.</li> <li>Collaborates cross-functionally with teams such as Total Rewards, Finance, and Talent.</li> <li>Experience to ensure accurate data flow and alignment across systems and processes.</li> <li>Monitors trends in employee inquiries and operational workflows, contributing to the development of knowledge base content, standard operating procedures, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery.</li> <li>Evaluates People Operations processes, identifying opportunities for increased efficiency, improved controls, and enhanced employee experience; participates in implementation of process improvements.</li> <li>All other duties as assigned.</li> </ul> <p><strong><span data-teams="true">When You'll Be Working: </span></strong></p> <p><span data-teams="true">Monday through Friday during regular business hours.</span></p> <p><strong>Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2 years in an HR generalist or people operations role performing employee onboarding, offboarding and administration support. </li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points If You Have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field of study.</li> <li>PHR, SHRM-CP</li> </ul> <p><strong>What You’ll Bring:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of, or ability to learn, federal, state, and local employment and payroll laws, regulations, and organizational policies and practices.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to learn HRIS, payroll, and applicant tracking systems, including maintaining data accuracy and integrity.</li> <li>Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to ensure high levels of accuracy in data management and payroll-related processes.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume work, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.</li> <li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.</li> <li>High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and organizational information.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Total Rewards: </strong></p> <p>This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits.
