It makes a difference!  About this opportunity  We are looking for a motivated specialist to support BEES Pay’s payment operations, with a focus global focus. This role is key to ensuring smooth transaction processing, fund settlements, and reconciliations across various payment service providers and internal systems. What you will do: <ul> <li>Support and execute day-to-day operations across BEES Pay’s payment flows with a global focus, ensuring accurate transaction processing, timely fund settlement, and effective reconciliation with PSPs, acquirers, and internal systems. </li> <li>Monitor daily payment flows, proactively identifying anomalies, delays, or failed transactions across PSPs and acquiring banks. </li> <li>Perform end-to-end reconciliation, resolving mismatches between payment systems, bank statements, and internal records. </li> <li>Track settlement cycles, ensuring funds are received/disbursed within agreed timelines and escalating any discrepancies. </li> <li>Continuously improve processes, identifying automation opportunities or workflow optimizations to reduce manual errors and increase reliability.  </li> </ul> We are looking for people with:  <ul> <li>Basic understanding of payment processing, reconciliation, or financial operations is a plus. </li> <li>Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. </li> <li>Proactive mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within payment operations. </li> <li>Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. </li> <li>Intermediate proficiency in Excel and comfortable using various software tools. </li> <li>Advanced English skills </li> <li>Intermediate Spanish skills are desired   </li> </ul> What we offer  • Performance-based bonus*  • Attendance bonus*  • Private pension plan  • Meal allowance  • Casual office and dress code  • Days off*  • Health, dental, and life insurance plans  • Discounts on medications  • Partnership with WellHub  • Childcare assistance  • Discounts on Ambev products*  • Clube Ben partnership  • Scholarship program*  • School supplies support  • Language learning platforms and training  • Transportation allowance  *Applicable rules apply.
