At FF, we’re creating something new, something connected, and something with a true global impact.</p> <p><strong>Your Role:</strong></p> <p>As the PAR Development Manager you own the build-out of FF’s PAR (Partner/Agent Reseller) ecosystem in your state region. You package the region’s proven B2B success cases into a replicable channel playbook, then recruit, sign, activate, and manage local dealers and resellers using FF’s standard partner agreement suite (Dealer, Demo, and Wholesale Agreements) and Partner Portal, with accountability for signed PARs, PAR sell-through volume, and channel contribution margin.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify, qualify, recruit, and sign dealers/resellers in the assigned state region, starting from FF’s dealer prospect pipeline and competitor-channel mapping</li> <li>Negotiate and execute partner onboarding using FF’s standard “No Haggle” Dealer Agreement, Demonstration Unit Agreement, and Wholesale Agreement templates</li> <li>Package local B2B success cases into channel playbooks (target segment, pitch, demo script, ROI model, pricing) that PARs can replicate and scale</li> <li>Enable and certify partner sales teams together with the regional FAE (product training, demo capability, first-deal coaching)</li> <li>Manage partner performance: sell-through targets, inventory turns, lead-protection compliance, and margin discipline; conduct quarterly partner business reviews</li> <li>Coordinate lead routing between direct KAMs and partners in CRM to enforce lead-protection and non-circumvention rules</li> <li>Support partner co-marketing, showroom programs, and system-integrator collaboration initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field</li> <li>5+ years of channel development, dealer network build-out, or distribution management experience (robotics, IT hardware, industrial equipment, or consumer electronics)</li> <li>Proven record of recruiting and activating new dealers/resellers and growing sell-through revenue</li> <li>Strong contract negotiation skills and disciplined pipeline/partner-record management</li> <li>Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Existing dealer/reseller network in robotics, STEM/education products, or automation equipment</li> <li>Experience with partner portals, channel incentive programs, and MDF administration</li> <li>Bilingual English/Mandarin communication skills</li> </ul> <p><strong>Perks + Benefits</strong></p> <ul> <li>Stock options for every employee</li> <li>Healthcare + dental + vision benefits (Free for you/discounted for family)</li> <li>401(k) options</li> <li>Soul of Faraday” community outreach team</li> </ul>
