About Us Alembic is the pioneering Causal AI platform. We help the world's largest enterprises move past correlation to prove what actually drives business outcomes — the question marketing and growth teams have never been able to answer with confidence. Fortune 100 companies including Nvidia, Delta Air Lines, and Mars use Alembic to make multimillion-dollar decisions on trusted, causal evidence. We're backed by a $145M Series B from WndrCo (founded by Jeffrey Katzenberg), Jensen Huang, Joe Montana, Prysm Capital, and Accenture. Our models run on our own NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD built on Grace Blackwell infrastructure — one of the fastest private supercomputers in the world. About the Role Alembic is growing fast, and we're hiring an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team — the people who make everyone else's work easier. This is a broad, ground-floor role with real ownership: you'll keep the company running day to day and take on the projects that let us scale. Your first and most urgent priority is our office expansion — taking our space from one built for 50 to one built for 150 — and from there you'll own a rotating set of operational projects that keep the team humming. It's ideal for a highly organized all-rounder who likes variety, takes ownership, and would rather build the playbook than inherit one. You can read more about our how team operates here. What You'll Do Your immediate priority is leading our office expansion — coordinating contractors, the landlord, and budgets to build out new floors, basement, and storage, and getting each phase fully operational (access, security, supplies, logistics) so the team can just work. From there, you'll take on projects across our operations, for example: Sourcing and coordinating vendors and suppliers — facilities, services, and supplies — and keeping terms and renewals on track. Assisting on a SaaS/tools audit — mapping our stack, flagging redundant tools and unused licenses, and driving efficiencies. Planning and running company events, from team offsites to the holiday party. Handling day-to-day office logistics — supplies, meeting and visitor flow, and general team support. Being the first stop for everyday IT and facilities questions, resolving the quick ones and routing the rest. What Will Help You Succeed 2–4 years in operations, workplace/office coordination, a similar all-rounder role at a fast-moving company, or an entry-level interest in rapidly earning stripes. Highly organized project manager — you can run vendors, budgets, and deadlines at once without dropping any of them. A hands-on bias for action and genuine comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities. Excellent communication and a service mindset — people trust you to get things handled. Willingness and ability to be on-site — this is an in-person role. Bonus: experience supporting an office build-out or move, vendor sourcing and negotiation, event planning, or having helped a startup scale through rapid growth. The role is right for you if: You take pride in making everyone else more productive — the team works better because you're on it. You like variety and broad ownership, and you'd rather build systems from scratch than maintain someone else's. Why You Might Be Excited About Alembic Make the whole team better: You'll join the Operations team whose job is to remove friction for everyone else — high-leverage work you'll feel across the company. Ground-floor impact you can point to: You'll lead the buildout that takes Alembic from a 50-person space to a 150-person company — foundational work the whole team lives in every day. Broad ownership, real projects: Facilities, vendors, tools, events, day-to-day ops — you'll own a rotating set of projects and see them through. Behind a category-defining product: Alembic is the pioneering Causal AI platform, trusted by Fortune 100 companies like Nvidia, Delta, and Mars and backed by a $145M Series B. Series B momentum, real ownership: Meaningful equity at a Series B company with proven traction and a lot of building still ahead. Why You Might Not Be Excited This is hands-on and on-site. You'll be leading a buildout and solving real problems in person, not directing from a distance. You prefer a fully built-out process for every detail — here you'll define the playbook as you go. You prefer static and predictable. Priorities shift fast as we scale, and you'll wear a lot of hats in a single day.
