MANUFACTURING (STARSHIELD)  As an engineer within the Starshield Manufacturing organization, you will have the exciting opportunity to utilize your knowledge, experience, and creativity to develop novel solutions at the cutting edge of space technology. Expect to learn new skills, to work hands on with hardware, and to solve engineering problems across manufacturing and production domains. You will provide input into the development and optimization of our new and existing products. You will also collaborate cross functionally and be a vital part of the relationship between our engineering and production teams.  The manufacturing team has a variety of disciplines and skillsets vital to the successful build, test, and utilization of Starshield products. An engineer on this team must have a working knowledge of design, schematics, operations, manufacturing, testing, and flight. They should also demonstrate sound engineering intuition and critical thinking and be comfortable working under ambiguous requirements with minimal oversight. Combining these skills, these engineers face challenges across a wide variety of work centers at the company, and the team is frequently asked to tackle new, inter-departmental development projects. testing </li> </ul> COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay Range: Level 1: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 Level 2: $115,000.00 - $160,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
