As a ground floor member of an exciting new company all associates will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities. From routine maintenance to tricky repairs, you’ll make sure our drivers stay on the road, making money, and providing top-tier service.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p> <p><strong>Diagnose & Repair:</strong> Keep our fleet running smoothly by tackling mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance issues. </p> <p><strong>Preventative Maintenance:</strong> Oil changes, tire rotations, brake jobs—you name it, you handle it!</p> <p><strong>Fleet Optimization:</strong> Work with our team to keep vehicles in top shape and ready to roll. </p> <p><strong>Tech-Savvy Fixes:</strong> Use modern diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems and keep repairs efficient. </p> <p><strong>Team Collaboration:</strong> Work alongside our service and operations team to ensure fast, reliable vehicle turnaround.</p> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p> <p>✅ A mechanic guru with hands-on experience in auto repairs and diagnostics.</p> <p>✅ B-Level or Higher (Required) </p> <p>✅ Someone who knows their way around engines, brakes, electrical systems, and more. </p> <p>✅ A problem-solver who can think on their feet and tackle challenges head-on.</p> <p>✅ A team player who works fast, smart, and with a great attitude. </p> <p>✅ A valid driver’s license (because test drives are part of the fun!).
