With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions . Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot. The Member of Compliance, Singapore is a critical role responsible for ensuring that Anchorage Digital Singapore (ADS) complies with all laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant for a licensed Major Payment Institution (MPI), including Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) Acts, Notices, Circulars covering Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT), and other Financial Crimes Compliance. Reporting to the Singapore Compliance Lead/MLRO, and also working closely with the Global AML & Sanctions Lead/BSAO, you will assist in ensuring that governance, reporting, and regulatory engagements are executed to the highest standard for ADS and affiliated financial institutions worldwide. The role will suit a senior regulatory compliance manager, with previous hands-on experience in compliance operations, especially global sanctions and transaction monitoring, looking to join a fast-paced, growing crypto and payments company. You will hit the ground running from the start, and so we look for self-starters who relish that kind of challenge and pace in helping the business.
