Role Summary We’re not looking for a corporate casino CMO who wants to spend 6 months making PowerPoints and talking about “brand architecture.” We want someone who knows crypto gambling, knows how to drive FTDs, knows how to build a brand people remember, and is still willing to get their hands dirty. Bitfortune should feel sharp, loud, unapologetic, and impossible to ignore. We want a CMO who can turn us into the casino people see everywhere on X, Telegram, streams, and creator channels — while still building proper acquisition systems underneath. You will own the entire marketing machine: traffic, conversion, retention, affiliates, creators, CRM, social, community, and brand. You should be the kind of person who: knows which campaigns are printing and which are burning cash can spot bad traffic instantly understands the difference between real players and people farming free bonuses can build an acquisition engine, not just spend money can turn a chaotic startup into a focused, high-performing growth machine What You’ll Be Doing Own growth across FTDs, revenue, retention, and brand Build Bitfortune into a recognisable crypto gambling brand with a strong point of view and a consistent voice Take what currently works — streamers, affiliates, Twitter, community — and turn it into a repeatable system Build out traditional channels: paid social, PPC, SEO, Telegram, partnerships, landing pages, funnels, CRM Improve traffic quality and stop wasting money on people who will never deposit Fix the gap between clicks and deposits Work with CRM, product, CMS, and player management to build campaigns that actually convert Work directly with the team to launch promotions, landing pages, segmented offers, seasonal campaigns, retention flows, and new acquisition tests Build out the marketing team as we grow Set the direction, but stay close enough to the detail to know what is really happening What We’re Looking For You have built growth at a crypto casino, crypto sportsbook, sweepstakes casino, crypto exchange, or similar high-growth gambling business You have personally run campaigns, worked with affiliates, managed creators, launched retention campaigns, and scaled FTDs You are commercial, analytical, and ruthless with spend You understand CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, attribution, funnel leaks, and traffic quality You know how to build a brand without turning it into something bland and corporate You are comfortable operating in chaos and moving quickly You don’t need a big team or perfect processes before you can start delivering You’ll Own Performance Marketing CRM & Retention Affiliates & Partnerships Jacob / Social / Streamers Community / Telegram / X SEO / Content Success In The First 90 Days There is a clear growth plan and channel strategy We know exactly which channels, creators, campaigns, and traffic sources are worth scaling FTD quality improves Conversion from traffic to deposit improves We stop paying for useless traffic The Bitfortune brand feels sharper, more consistent, and more recognisable The marketing team has a clear grasp on what they’re doing, and why they’re doing it How To Apply Send us: your CV / LinkedIn – careers@bitfortune.com a short note on why you’re the right fit examples of brands, campaigns, or casinos you’ve helped grow what channels you’ve scaled, what worked, what didn’t, and the kind of numbers you achieved If you’ve worked in a crypto casino / sportsbook before, tell us exactly what you owned.
