About Creative Fabrica

Creative Fabrica is a subscription platform serving millions of creators, designers, and crafters worldwide. We're built on the principle that everyone can be creative. We remove what stands in the way: expensive software, technical expertise, and time-consuming production.

Our Studio AI suite offers more than 26 specialized AI tools that automate technical work: generate custom images, remove backgrounds, create fonts, and produce publication-ready designs in minutes instead of hours.

Our content library contains 15+ million commercially-licensed fonts, graphics, SVGs, and templates, giving you professional-quality building blocks without the expense or time of creating assets from scratch.

About the role:

Creative Fabrica is building a new generation of AI products, and we want our marketing team to operate with the same level of technology and automation behind it. We're building a fast-moving growth team with people owning channels, content, launches and partnerships - and rather than accepting repetitive manual work or waiting for engineering resources, we build our own internal tools, automations and systems that let marketing move significantly faster.

As our Marketing Engineer, you sit naturally between engineering, AI, automation and growth. You're the kind of person who sees a manual or slow process and immediately thinks: I can build something that solves this. You'll work directly with channel owners, Product Marketing and our Creative Studio to identify bottlenecks, repetitive workflows and opportunities where software or AI can create leverage.

This is a highly hands-on role. You will rapidly prototype and ship internal applications, automations, landing pages, integrations and AI-powered workflows - some projects take a few hours, others several weeks. The objective is not perfect enterprise software; it's useful technology that removes bottlenecks and increases the output of the entire marketing organization. You'll have significant freedom to identify opportunities yourself: we expect you not only to build what people ask for, but to understand how the team operates and proactively find where technology creates leverage.

This is a full-time, in-office role at our Amsterdam HQ, with an annual allowance of 30 work-from-anywhere days.

What you will do:

Build internal tools - ship full-stack applications that help our marketing and creative teams work faster and produce more

Automate the repetitive - identify manual, slow or inefficient marketing processes and turn them into automated workflows by connecting platforms, APIs and internal systems

Build AI-powered workflows - use LLMs, image models, video models and other emerging AI capabilities to create tools that didn't exist a year ago

Prototype fast - get working versions into the hands of the team quickly rather than over-engineering solutions

Own web experiences - build and maintain marketing landing pages, campaign pages and other web experiences

Empower non-technical teammates - create tools that let the team launch, modify or scale marketing activities themselves, and document them well enough to be used independently

Bake in measurement - integrate analytics and tracking into tools and landing pages so every experiment can be measured properly

Hunt for leverage - work closely with channel owners, Product Marketing and the Creative Studio to find where technology increases speed, scale and effectiveness

Stay on the AI frontier - use AI coding tools extensively, and quickly evaluate new models, APIs and automation platforms for value

Scale what works - maintain and improve the most valuable tools, and build systems that let successful marketing processes repeat at much greater scale

What you will need:

2+ years of technical experience - in software engineering, growth engineering, marketing engineering, automation or a similar role

Full-stack builder - strong JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web development; able to independently build and deploy web apps, internal tools and landing pages, and comfortable with databases and basic backend infrastructure

Integration experience - hands-on work with APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations, connecting different software systems into automated workflows

AI fluency - hands-on experience with LLMs and AI APIs, and strong experience using AI coding tools and AI-assisted development workflows

Execution-oriented and pragmatic - you take an unclear business problem and independently turn it into a working solution, and you know when robust engineering is needed versus when a quick internal tool is enough

Proactive ownership - you find opportunities instead of waiting for tickets, ship early versions, gather feedback and improve quickly - from problem identification through adoption

Clear communicator - good written and spoken English, and able to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues

Nice to have:

Growth or marketing engineering background - you've built internal tools used by marketing, growth or creative teams before

Automation platforms - experience with n8n, Make, Zapier or similar

Generative media and agents - experience with image, video or audio APIs, modern AI development frameworks or agentic workflows

Web systems at scale - strong frontend/UI instincts or experience building programmatic landing pages and other large-scale web systems

We would also like to offer you:

Lunch: On days you work in the office a warm fresh lunch will be provided for you.

30 days Work From Anywhere Benefit per year.

24 days of paid vacation per year + public holidays.

Travel Allowance, if you live more than 10 KM from the office (in the form of an NS card).

Company pension plan.

Company events and overseas trips!

Is this you?

Get in touch!
