We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion for music and relevant experience in paid media, growth marketing, digital advertising, media buying, or related fields. This role plays an integral part in the Paid Media & Growth Strategy team, helping to advance our industry-leading services for distributed artists, labels, and owned-and-operated properties. You'll work alongside label and artist teams, Relationship Managers, Marketing teams, and the Global Paid Media team to create bespoke paid media strategies that amplify releases, grow fanbases, and help achieve artist and label objectives.</p> <p>Located in our Chile office, this position will be hyper-focused on supporting our Latin labels and artists and will be responsible for developing and executing paid media campaigns across LATAM. This position reports directly to The Orchard Chile’s Country Manager, Antonio Acevedo, and receives functional guidance from the Senior Director of Global Paid Media & Growth Strategy in the NYC office.</p> <h2><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Develop and optimize bespoke paid media and audience growth strategies for The Orchard's Latin labels and artists, partnering closely with Relationship Managers, Marketing teams, and label stakeholders to align campaign plans with artist, audience, and business objectives.</li> <li>Serve as a strategic partner to Relationship Managers, Marketing teams, and labels across our extensive LATAM roster, building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, vendors, and platform partners.</li> <li>Collaborate with media buyers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot challenges, identify opportunities, and drive campaign performance with strong attention to detail.</li> <li>Build thorough analyses, client-facing reports, and actionable insights using advertising, marketing, and The Orchard’s proprietary metrics, while partnering with global team members to share learnings and best practices.</li> <li>Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, benchmarks, opportunities, and recommendations that inform future strategy and ongoing optimization.</li> <li>Participate in internal brainstorms, strategy sessions, and client-facing meetings to develop innovative approaches that drive meaningful audience growth and elevate artist campaigns, while collaborating closely with global Paid Media & Growth Strategy team members to share learnings, align on best practices, and contribute to the evolution of our services.</li> <li>Identify opportunities to test and innovate across advertising platforms, evaluate emerging media channels, leverage new products and beta opportunities, and partner with regional and global leadership to identify opportunities to grow and evolve Paid Media & Growth Strategy services across LATAM.</li> <li>Contribute to the development of best practices, strategic frameworks, and process improvements across the global Paid Media & Growth Strategy organization.</li> <li>Assist with the monthly accounting and campaign reconciliation process.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are: </strong></h2> <ul> <li>3-5+ years of experience in paid media, digital advertising, music marketing, audience development, ad operations, or related fields.</li> <li>Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
