You will be given meaningful responsibility from the outset, with support from experienced colleagues, structured training and regular feedback as you develop your confidence and consulting toolkit.</p> <p>Your work will include:</p> <ul> <li class="codex-docx-preview_listparagraph codex-docx-preview-num-1-0">Conducting qualitative and quantitative research across companies, markets and sectors</li> <li class="codex-docx-preview_listparagraph codex-docx-preview-num-1-0">Analysing data and evidence to identify insights and support recommendations</li> <li class="codex-docx-preview_listparagraph codex-docx-preview-num-1-0">Helping teams develop and test hypotheses and solve complex client problems</li> <li class="codex-docx-preview_listparagraph codex-docx-preview-num-1-0">Producing clear, high-quality presentations and written materials for clients</li> <li class="codex-docx-preview_listparagraph codex-docx-preview-num-1-0">Contributing ideas and perspectives to case team discussions and problem-solving</li> <li class="codex-docx-preview_listparagraph codex-docx-preview-num-1-0">Working collaboratively with colleagues across Teneo and building an understanding of clients and markets across the Middle East</li> </ul> <p>You will learn by doing, supported by a structured induction programme, ongoing training and coaching from experienced colleagues. Over time, you will build core skills in problem-solving, analysis, commercial judgement, communication and client service, while taking on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.</p> <h3> </h3> <h3>What we are looking for</h3> <p>We are looking for curious, ambitious graduates with strong communication and problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine interest in consulting and the Middle East.
