You'll work alongside Charlotte , our head of Legal-Commercial and Product for French Market, on real contract work across Qonto's European markets from day one. ➡️ What you'll do Draft and negotiate commercial contracts: Own a wide range of agreements (SaaS, partnerships, marketing, NDAs, professional services) to protect Qonto's interests and keep deals moving. Maintain client-facing legal documents: Review and update our client terms and conditions, ensuring they're accurate, compliant, and easy to apply. Build legal infrastructure: Create and maintain contract templates, and run internal training sessions to raise legal literacy across teams. Work directly with the business: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Tech to answer commercial law questions and unblock business decisions fast. ➡️ What we're looking for Commercial law foundation: You're completing a Master 2 in French Business Law, with a specialisation or strong coursework in contract and commercial law. Prior drafting experience: You've negotiated or drafted real contracts — through an internship, a legal clinic, or coursework that went beyond theory. Fintech or tech exposure: You've worked in or are genuinely curious about tech, fintech, or banking environments. English fluency: You write and communicate precisely in English — French is a plus. AI-open mindset: You're curious about how legal tech and AI tools can make contract work smarter and faster. ➡️ What we can offer you Real ownership from the start: You'll manage actual contract workflows, not just support legal research or doc review. Full commercial law exposure: From SaaS agreements to client terms, you'll touch every part of the commercial legal stack. A high-growth sector to learn in: You'll apply your legal skills to fintech — a trendy, highly regulated, and rapidly evolving industry — while contributing to a business that's growing fast. Direct business access: You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Marketing, Sales, and Product — legal never operates in a silo here. ➡️ Your future manager You'll work closely with Charlotte , Head of Legal-Commercial and Product for French Market. Charlotte brings deep expertise at the intersection of legal, product, and AI topics, giving you exposure to both commercial contract work and the fast-evolving legal questions behind Qonto's product and technology roadmap.
