About the Role <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal agreements, and administrative filings related to Flix's operations and authorizations in Croatia and partially Serbia</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Provide structured legal guidance and opinions to internal stakeholders on regulatory and contractual matters</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor legislative and regulatory developments in Croatia and Serbia, assess their business impact, and proactively share relevant updates with the team</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Build and maintain strategic relationships with governmental, political, and industry stakeholders, and act as a key interface to central, regional, and local transport authorities</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare, apply for, and obtain the permissions and line concessions needed to operate regular bus lines, and lead modifications to existing or new lines across both markets</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Optimize the authorization process for line authorizations and bus stops to secure timely approvals from public authorities</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage station-related agreements, identify new bus stop opportunities, and negotiate optimal locations with regional authorities</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate closely with external law firms and cross-functional teams including Operations, Marketing, Network Planning, and Pricing</li> </ul> About You <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">University degree in Law</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">3–5 years of proven experience in legal counsel, public administration, or a related role</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Sound knowledge of Croatian civil and administrative law; knowledge of transport regulations or public procurement rules is a plus</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and administrative documentation</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Able to work autonomously, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and coordinate effectively with team members and external partners</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Structured and proactive working style, with strong attention to detail and the ability to independently identify legal and operational risks and propose mitigation strategies</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong communication skills when dealing with public authorities</li> <li class="li1" style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent in Croatian and English</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
