Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role.</p> <p>We are looking for an <strong>Experience Designer (XD)</strong> to join our team and help craft <strong>end-to-end, omni-channel experiences</strong> for B2B2C financial services products. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user-centered journeys that drive engagement, trust, and measurable business outcomes.</p> <p>You’ll bring a strong mix of <strong>design craft, systems thinking, and business acumen</strong>, along with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and translate insights into impactful experiences.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the design of <strong>end-to-end digital experiences</strong> across multiple platforms, aligning user needs with business goals.</li> <li>Apply <strong>human-centered design methodologies</strong> to frame problems, co-create solutions, and deliver value across touchpoints.</li> <li>Create UX deliverables such as <strong>site maps, user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes</strong>.</li> <li>Translate <strong>user insights, research, and behavioral data</strong> into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs.</li> <li>Conduct <strong>competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, and research activities</strong> to inform design decisions.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including <strong>product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance</strong>.</li> <li>Ensure designs meet <strong>accessibility standards (ADA)</strong> and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Use tools like <strong>Figma and Adobe Creative Suite</strong> to design, prototype, and iterate efficiently.</li> <li>Facilitate <strong>design workshops, critiques, and collaborative sessions</strong> to drive alignment and innovation.</li> <li>Contribute to the evolution of <strong>design systems, best practices, and AI-enabled UX approaches</strong>.</li> <li>Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a culture of <strong>continuous improvement and high-quality design</strong>.</li> </ul> <p>Must-have Skills</p> <ul> <li><strong>7+ years of experience</strong> designing user-centered digital products and experiences.</li> <li><strong>Advanced English level (C1+)</strong>, with excellent communication skills:</li> <li>Comfortable presenting in English</li> <li>Able to handle complex conversations and stakeholder interactions</li> <li>Strong ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale</li> <li><strong>Strong portfolio (mandatory)</strong> demonstrating:</li> <li>End-to-end UX design work</li> <li>Business impact and customer growth</li> <li>Structured thinking and problem-solving approach</li> </ul> <p>Core Capabilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong expertise in <strong>UX design, interaction design, and systems thinking</strong>.</li> <li>Proven ability to balance <strong>creativity with business strategy and product thinking</strong>.</li> <li>Advanced skills in <strong>wireframing, prototyping, and storytelling</strong>.</li> <li>Experience working in <strong>financial services or regulated environments</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate across <strong>cross-functional and distributed teams</strong>.</li> </ul> <p>Leadership & Communication</p> <ul> <li>Strong <strong>leadership and facilitation skills</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to <strong>energize teams and drive alignment</strong>.</li> <li>Experience leading <strong>creative workshops and design sessions</strong>.</li> <li>Strong <strong>stakeholder management</strong>, including influencing without authority.</li> <li>Ability to connect design work to both <strong>strategic and tactical outcomes</strong>.</li> <li>Experience mentoring and coaching other designers.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Nice-to-have</p> <ul> <li><strong>AI Tooling Proficiency:</strong> Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation.
