The Role As a Lead Product Designer at Veeva, you'll set the design direction for one of our core Vault product areas and help shape how the design team works at its best. We're looking for a seasoned designer who combines strong craft with the judgment and presence to lead — someone who can define the vision for a feature, drive alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design, and raise the quality of the work around them. This role goes beyond execution. You'll be the design authority in your product area, a thought partner to Product and Design leadership, and a meaningful contributor to how we grow and develop our design practice.
