Lead Product Designer (Crypto Exchange)

They differentiate themselves by offering institutional level systems and support whilst remaining on-chain and decentralised.</p><br><p>As a Lead Product Designer, you will spearhead and implement comprehensive design initiatives for medium to large-scale projects. Your primary responsibility will be to create pixel-perfect designs that enhance the user experience across multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, web, and mobile web. You will play a vital role in maintaining the brand’s visual consistency and accessibility by developing reusable design templates and overseeing a cohesive Design Language System (DLS).</p><br><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><br><ul><br><li>Lead and manage design projects from conception to production for medium to large scales.</li><br><li>Craft platform-optimized, pixel-perfect designs tailored for iOS, Android, web, and mobile web.</li><br><li>Develop, maintain, and refine reusable design templates, ensuring they align with company's DLS.</li><br><li>Create detailed specifications and redlines that reference the DLS to guide product implementation.</li><br><li>Review and ensure all design assets accurately render in products and adhere to brand standards.</li><br><li>Collaborate effectively with engineering, product, QA, and research teams to ensure design consistency.</li><br><li>Design new components and icons, contributing to the ongoing evolution of the DLS, with a focus on brand alignment and accessibility.</li><br><li>Maintain documentation of design workflows and processes, ensuring comprehensive design records.</li><br><li>Conduct user research to better understand needs and behaviors.</li><br></ul><br><h3>Your Experience &amp; Skills:</h3><br><ul><br><li>Minimum of 6 years in product design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role managing complex, cross-platform projects.</li><br><li>Strong focus on detail with a passion for achieving pixel-perfect design.</li><br><li>Significant experience managing and working within design systems, tokens, and variable structures.</li><br><li>Proficient in using Figma’s components, shared libraries, and branching functionalities.</li><br><li>Proven experience in managing stakeholders and effectively collaborating with product, engineering, and QA teams.</li><br><li>Expert in Figma, with possible proficiency in Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</li><br><li>Highly self-driven, solution-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.</li><br><li>Demonstrated ability to build a product’s UI/UX from the ground up.</li><br></ul><br><p>#LI-REMOTE</p></div></div> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/hyphen-connect-limited-lead-product-designer-crypto-exchange">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/hyphen-connect-limited-lead-product-designer-crypto-exchange</a></p>
