About The Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Lead and manage day-to-day last-mile ground operations and real-time traffic control across designated hubs and pickup/drop points in Delhi NCR.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ensure smooth, timely dispatch and coordination of last-mile cabs against bus arrival and departure schedules.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Act as the on-ground escalation point, resolving operational disruptions (delays, no-shows, route changes, demand surges) quickly and calmly.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with last-mile cab operators and drivers to drive app adoption, improve punctuality metrics, and elevate customer experience.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Coach and support drivers on FlixBus standards, app usage, and service expectations.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage the roster, shift planning, and day-to-day working of ground operations associates and last-mile associates.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Allocate manpower against demand patterns and peak windows; track attendance, performance, and productivity of the ground team.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Own last-mile cab operator governance — share performance reports regularly, run periodic review meetings, and manage the day-to-day partner relationship.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Track operator SLAs and KPIs, flag underperformance, and drive corrective action plans.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Be the owner of last-mile passenger experience, ensuring a smooth transition from buses to cabs and cabs to buses.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor passenger feedback and complaints related to the last mile, close the loop, and drive continuous improvement.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3–6 years of experience in ground operations, last-mile logistics, fleet coordination, transport operations, or a similar field (mobility, ride-hailing, e-commerce delivery, or aggregator platforms preferred).</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience managing frontline teams and third-party vendors or operators.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong grasp of punctuality/SLA-driven operations and comfort working with real-time, on-ground decision-making.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Data-literate — comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, and reporting; able to turn numbers into action.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to hold operators accountable while maintaining strong relationships.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Customer-first mindset with a bias for quick problem resolution.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Working knowledge of Delhi NCR geography, traffic patterns, and transport hubs is a strong advantage.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Willingness to work in shifts, be on-ground, and be reachable during operational hours.</li> <li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree preferred; proficiency in English and Hindi.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
