We partner with healthcare organizations to build and manage patient and member populations.</p> <p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.25pt; color: #242424;">We’re looking for a Junior RCM Specialist to support the full revenue cycle — from billing and credentialing through claims processing, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up. font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.25pt; color: #242424;">• 1–2 years of experience in revenue cycle management, medical billing, claims follow-up, accounts receivable, or a related healthcare administrative role (preferred)</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.25pt; color: #242424;">• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field preferred</p> <p style="margin: 0in; font-family: 'Segoe UI'; font-size: 11.25pt; color: #242424;">• Working knowledge of the insurance workflow: claims lifecycle, eligibility and benefits verification, EOBs/ERAs, and denial management</p> <p style="margin: 0in;
