You will work with experienced team members, gain hands-on experience in accounts receivable processes, and develop your accounting skills in an international environment. About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, agency settlements, and direct debit requests.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Assist in preparing aging reports and follow up on collection-related matters in cooperation with the Sales Department.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Create manual invoices when required.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and investigate discrepancies</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of AR activities.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare clear and accurate documentation of accounting processes and procedures.</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Up to 1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable, including internships or relevant university practice. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of accounting principles and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate within a team.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude.</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
