Reporting to the IT Manager, you will join our Corporate IT team and provide technical assistance and support to end-users across Olo on various hardware and software issues. We take great pride in the reliability, security, and performance of our systems and services, and will look to you to bring a basic understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users. This is a non-exempt, on-site position at Olo’s headquarters in New York City, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday).
