Rate: 90 – 120 PLN/hour (B2B)  We are looking for a motivated and driven IT Infrastructure Engineer to join Flix on a freelance/service agreement basis (B2B contract). This contractor engagement is suited to an experienced infrastructure professional who wants to work on impactful identity, access management, automation, and global infrastructure initiatives. <h3>Scope of services</h3> Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of Flix’s global identity and access management platform as a coherent set of highly available services. Help build a unified, scalable environment aligned with Flix’s cloud-focused infrastructure strategy. About the engagement <ul> <li class="p1">Integrate new internal and external applications into Flix’s identity infrastructure, including single sign-on solutions</li> <li class="p1">Maintain and improve identity and access management services across global cloud and on-premises environments</li> <li class="p1">Design and implement role-based access control concepts to improve governance and operational efficiency</li> <li class="p1">Identify improvement opportunities and drive identity and infrastructure projects from concept through implementation</li> <li class="p1">Automate recurring infrastructure and identity management tasks using scripting, APIs, and infrastructure-as-code practices</li> <li class="p1">Consult with internal teams and guide them in applying identity and access management best practices</li> <li class="p1">Support highly available internal business services, including access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, and file-sharing platforms</li> <li class="p1">Contribute to the evolution of Flix’s global IT infrastructure and cloud-focused operating model.</li> <li class="p1">Document technical solutions, automation workflows, operational procedures, and relevant configuration decisions</li> </ul> About you <ul> <li class="p1">At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or a comparable identity and access management platform</li> <li class="p1">Advanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols, including OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML</li> <li class="p1">At least 3 years of scripting experience, ideally with Python</li> <li class="p1">At least 1 year of experience with infrastructure-as-code solutions, preferably Terraform</li> <li class="p1">Hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations</li> <li class="p1">Basic experience working with APIs and integrating applications with identity platforms.</li> <li class="p1">Ability to work with stakeholders across engineering, operations, and business teams</li> <li class="p1">Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus</li> <li class="p1">Experience with infrastructure-as-a-service solutions is a plus</li> <li class="p1">Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks, such as React, or related web technologies is a plus</li> <li class="p1">Experience with Microsoft 365 products, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, is a plus</li> </ul> Collaboration model <ul> <li class="p1">Cooperation based on a service agreement (B2B/freelance contract), not an employment contract </li> <li class="p1">You will operate as an independent contractor, responsible for delivering agreed services and submitting invoices </li> <li class="p1">Location: open for contractors based in Poland </li> </ul>   <iframe src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/YlHz7TiiRAw" width="560" height="314"></iframe>
