<img src="https://we-work-remotely.imgix.net/logos/0171/6543/logo.gif?ixlib=rails-4.0.0&w=50&h=50&dpr=2&fit=fill&auto=compress" /> <p> <strong>Headquarters:</strong> London <br /><strong>URL:</strong> <a href="http://bluegeko.com">http://bluegeko.com</a> </p> <h1>IT Infrastructure Engineer (Full-Time / Remote)</h1> <p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>IT Infrastructure Engineer</strong> to manage, maintain, and improve our company's IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.</p> <h3>What You'll Do</h3> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and networks.</p> </li> <li> <p>Monitor system performance, security, and reliability.</p> </li> <li> <p>Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware, and network issues.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage access controls, backups, and system configurations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and improvements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure systems remain secure, scalable, and operational.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Must Have</h3> <ul> <li> <p>4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls).</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience managing servers, virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and access management.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> </ul> <h3>Nice to Have</h3> <ul> <li> <p>AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or other cloud platform experience.</p> </li> <li> <p>Infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash).</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery systems.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience supporting high-availability environments.</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>We're looking for someone hands-on who can take ownership of our IT infrastructure and keep our systems secure, reliable, and efficient.</strong></p> <p><strong>To apply:</strong> <a href="https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/bluegeko-it-infrastructure-engineer">https://weworkremotely.com/remote-jobs/bluegeko-it-infrastructure-engineer</a></p>
