If you align with our core values—Stay Curious, Have Empathy, and Be Accountable—and are ready to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply.</p></div><h3><strong>Your Role:</strong></h3> <p>We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented <strong>International Accounting Manager</strong> to oversee global accounting operations and support the company's expanding international footprint. This role will lead multi-entity global consolidations, ensure accurate intercompany accounting and eliminations across multiple international jurisdictions, and partner closely with local finance teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.</p> <h3><strong>Things You Get To Do:</strong></h3> <h4><strong>Global Accounting & Consolidations</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual multi-entity global consolidations</li> <li>Ensure accurate intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and eliminations across global subsidiaries</li> <li>Review and analyze consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules</li> <li>Manage foreign currency translation, consolidation adjustments, and CTA accounting</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of cross-border transactions and intercompany balances</li> <li>Support the global month-end and year-end close processes</li> </ul> <h4><strong>International Entity Support</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Support accounting operations and statutory compliance across entities in the United States, Canada, Bahamas, United Kingdom, Japan, Spain, Singapore, India, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and United Arab Emirates (UAE)</li> <li>Coordinate with local accounting firms, auditors, tax advisors, and consultants</li> <li>Partner with regional finance teams to ensure timely month-end close and financial reporting</li> <li>Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and applicable local accounting standards and regulations</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Financial Reporting & Compliance</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Prepare and review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analyses</li> <li>Support internal and external audits across global entities</li> <li>Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and regulatory filings</li> <li>Maintain and strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Process Improvement & Systems</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to automate and improve international accounting processes</li> <li>Support ERP implementations, migrations, and financial systems optimization</li> <li>Enhance consolidation, reporting, and close processes to improve scalability and efficiency</li> <li>Develop standardized accounting procedures across international entities</li> </ul> <h4><strong>Cross-Functional Partnership</strong></h4> <ul> <li>Partner with Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and People teams on international business initiatives</li> <li>Support global expansion efforts, including new entity setup, acquisitions, and operational integration</li> <li>Provide accounting guidance on international transactions, entity structures, and business initiatives</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Who You Are (Must-Haves):</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li> <li>CPA or equivalent professional accounting certification preferred</li> <li>8–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant international accounting experience</li> <li>Strong expertise in multi-entity consolidations and intercompany accounting</li> <li>Experience supporting accounting operations across multiple global jurisdictions</li> <li>Thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS experience strongly preferred</li> <li>Experience working with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials)</li> <li>Advanced Excel skills and strong financial reporting capabilities</li> <li>Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth global environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>Who You Might Be (Nice-to-Haves):</strong></p> <ul> <li>Public accounting experience (Big Four or national firm preferred)</li> <li>Experience in fintech, financial services, SaaS, or other high-growth technology companies</li> <li>Familiarity with statutory reporting requirements across North America, EMEA, and APAC</li> <li>Experience with ERP implementations, accounting system migrations, or finance transformation initiatives</li> <li>Experience with consolidation software (e.g., OneStream, BlackLine, FloQast, or similar)</li> <li>Knowledge of SOX controls and internal control frameworks</li> <li>Experience supporting international expansion and new legal entity launches</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><h3><strong>How We Take Care of You:</strong></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;
