At Flix, we offer a dynamic work environment with competitive pay, strong growth opportunities, and a tech-driven approach to making travel more accessible, sustainable, and affordable.   We're looking for a motivated and driven Global Intercompany Accountant (m/f/d) who will help us shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.   About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare/review and post intercompany invoices, accruals and various other journal entries on both sides for cross-company enabled locations and to one location if not cross-company-enabled</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare monthly Global Flix-wide reconciliation of intercompany balances, intercompany payments & netting</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Support on calculation of intercompany recharges for budget and actuals in alignment with Transfer pricing and Controlling departments</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work on cross-departmental projects, RPA (Robotic process automation), further enhancements on ERP</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify and drive together with our team opportunities for continuous process improvements</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Prepare intercompany related reports, intercompany analytics, etc. upon request of various internal stakeholders</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Serve as person-to-go for intercompany accounting, managing intercompany transactions, policies and communication</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting and Intercompany transactions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Largely self-directed, able to seek out objectives and complete them with minimal management input</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Solid Accounting knowledge (GL, AR, AP, Cash Management) </li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Experience in ERP Systems, ORACLE as a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Interested in technical solutions</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluent English</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
