This role will focus on exploring and validating new opportunities in digital trust, identity, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and security through rapid prototyping, customer-focused experimentation, and close collaboration with internal teams to transition validated concepts into revenue generating production solutions.   What you will do Innovation & Prototyping: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Lead rapid prototyping initiatives for new digital trust solutions and features</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Design and conduct customer experiments to validate hypotheses and potential solutions, while partnering closely with the UX team.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create proof-of-concept demonstrations for customer presentations and feedback sessions.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Utilize design thinking and lean startup methodologies to quickly iterate on ideas.</li> </ul> Customer Engagement: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct customer discovery interviews to understand pain points and opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Present prototypes and concepts to customers for early feedback.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate innovation workshops with key customers and partners.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document and synthesize customer feedback to inform product direction.</li> </ul> Cross-functional Leadership: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility of new concepts.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Work closely with the UX Teams & Product Management to transition validated ideas into the product roadmap.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture teams to identify customer opportunities.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Engage with Marketing to develop compelling narratives for new innovations.</li> </ul> Innovation Process Management: <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Define and track success metrics for innovation experiments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Document learnings and insights from failed experiments.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain an innovation pipeline of ideas and concepts.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Create and present business cases for promising innovations.</li> </ul> Technical Skills   <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Understanding of cryptography and security protocols. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with API design and integration patterns. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of agile development practices. </li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Comfort with data analysis and experimentation frameworks.</li> </ul>     What you will have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, or related field.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience driving innovation and thriving in driving a path through ambiguity.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong background in artificial intelligence, data analytics, cyber security, PKI, or identity management.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellence in customer interview techniques and synthesis.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong presentation and communication skills.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.</li> </ul>   Nice to have <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with digital trust solutions and PKI infrastructure.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Knowledge of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, zero-trust architecture, or quantum computing.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with design thinking and lean startup methodologies.</li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Background in software development or system architecture.
