As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you lead the efforts of maintaining and improving our global identity and access management platform as a coherent set of highly available services following our cloud-focused strategy. It is your responsibility to identify improvement opportunities, drive identity projects, and build a unified, scalable environment. Based in Germany and the US, our IT Infrastructure Services team designs, implements, and manages global cloud and on-premises infrastructure solutions to provide Flix with internal business services such as identity and access management, security and compliance configuration, communication tools, file sharing, 3rd-level support, and infrastructure consulting. About the Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1812" data-local-id="59a74a2c9236">Integrate new internal and external applications into our identity infrastructure (e.g., SSO) following best practices</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1934" data-local-id="3b350b8d75bd">Work on projects to improve internal role-based access control concepts</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2009" data-local-id="5aeb49631a48">Consult other teams and guide them to success, leveraging our services especially regarding identity and access management</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2135" data-local-id="96d47ff960c0">Drive innovation and improve our services together with the team</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2203" data-local-id="eb6a3a67f9e4">Automate recurring tasks</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="2231" data-local-id="2636007bc8cc">Design the future IT infrastructure of Flix</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="952" data-local-id="8b918f37bbc4">At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID or similar identity and access management platforms</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1184" data-local-id="bada04394267">Advanced knowledge of modern authentication protocols (OIDC, OAuth 2.0, and SAML)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1269" data-local-id="174d059d8c88">At least 3 years of scripting experience (ideally with Python)</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1335" data-local-id="dca7d6a770b7">At least 1 year of experience with IaC solutions (preferably Terraform)</li> <li>Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to streamline infrastructure automation, troubleshooting, and daily operations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1410" data-local-id="2067435af14a">Basic experience using APIs</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1441" data-local-id="ae75b467d006">Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1542" data-local-id="43f7e208551f">Experience working with IaaS solutions is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1594" data-local-id="2e923169bfca">Basic knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React) or web technologies is a plus</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;" data-renderer-start-pos="1687" data-local-id="efa8a42f8f8d">Experience with M365 products (such as Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams) is a plus</li> </ul> We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
