Location: Remote Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing industrial technology company developing AI-powered software that enables manufacturers to optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation across complex industrial environments. We are looking for a Process Engineer with experience in industrial processes, process optimization, and continuous improvement to support the implementation of advanced software solutions for manufacturing customers. This role combines engineering expertise with data-driven decision making, helping industrial organizations improve plant performance through technology and process optimization. You'll work closely with customers, project managers, and technical teams to analyze industrial operations, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure successful implementation of innovative digital solutions. What You'll Do Analyze industrial and manufacturing processes to identify optimization opportunities and operational improvements. Partner with customer engineering and operations teams throughout software implementation projects. Gather, interpret, and analyze operational and production data to support process optimization initiatives. Translate customer operational requirements into process improvement recommendations. Support implementation of industrial software and digital transformation solutions. Develop process documentation, workflows, and best-practice recommendations. Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve production performance. Participate in process mapping, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor operational KPIs and measure the impact of implemented solutions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful customer outcomes. Support customer workshops, process assessments, and implementation activities. Promote operational excellence through data-driven decision making. What We're Looking For Background in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience optimizing industrial or manufacturing processes through engineering, data analysis, or digital technologies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and production data. Understanding of manufacturing operations and process industries. Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with customer engineering and operations teams. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Comfortable working independently within a fully remote international environment. Nice to Have Experience with industrial software, process optimization platforms, or manufacturing analytics solutions. Knowledge of Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, MES, SCADA, DCS, historian systems, or Digital Twin technologies. Experience within industries such as cement, mining, metals, chemicals, pulp & paper, or manufacturing. Familiarity with Advanced Process Control (APC) or process optimization methodologies. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience. Experience with data visualization or reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Why Join?
