Is privy to executive-level business data.</li> <li>Access and update personnel records, including onboarding information, responding to HR inquiries in person and via email, and responding to employment verification requests.</li> <li>Escalates employee relations concerns with discretion.</li> <li>Is careful not to overshare information, maintains need-to-know discretion at all times.</li> <li>Interface with new hires during orientation, frontline contact with team members on site.</li> <li>Foundational knowledge of workplace laws including eVerify, employee rest &amp; meal time.</li> <li>Deep knowledge of our employee handbook and company policies.
