References to KKR’s investments may include the activities of its sponsored funds and insurance subsidiaries.</p></div><h2>Position Overview </h2> <p>KKR is seeking an experienced Human Capital Operations Specialist for an 18-month contract based in Dublin. This is a hands-on operational role providing support for the EMEA region across the employee lifecycle, while partnering with global teams to help ensure EMEA requirements, dependencies and process considerations are reflected in the global transformation of Human Capital processes.</p> <p>This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HC transactions within Workday and ServiceNow HRSD across the employee lifecycle, including hires, exits, transfers, employee data changes and related operational activity. The incumbent will coordinate closely with HC colleagues and partner teams to ensure information is complete, processes move forward efficiently, and transactions are completed accurately. While the role is focused on the EMEA region, the broader team remit is global and will require close coordination with HC Operations colleagues in other regions.</p> <p>The HC Operations team is undergoing a period of transformation, with a focus on strengthening global consistency, improving the employee experience, increasing adoption of Workday and ServiceNow HRSD, and creating more scalable ways of working. This role will contribute to that transformation through disciplined day-to-day execution, strong process ownership, thoughtful issue identification and practical input into process improvements, while remaining primarily focused on accurate and timely operational delivery.</p> <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Workday Employee Data Management: Process hires, exits, transfers, position changes and other employee data changes, ensuring data is accurate and that processes move forward efficiently.</li> <li>Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Guide new joiners through pre-hire and onboarding processes, and assist leavers as they exit the firm, ensuring a smooth transition.</li> <li>Background Checks and Follow-ups: Conduct background checks as part of the hiring process and for compliance-related recertifications, following up on any discrepancies or required actions.</li> <li>Cross-functional Coordination: Act as a key point of coordination across HC, HRIS, Payroll, Finance, Legal and other partner teams to resolve operational issues, support workstreams and ensure timely execution.</li> <li>Employee Documentation and Lifecycle Support: Collect and verify required employment documentation, and support employees with personal data updates, queries and HC-related matters throughout their KKR journey.</li> <li>EMEA Subject Matter Expertise and Compliance: Develop and apply EMEA subject matter expertise across HC Operations activities and business processes, providing guidance to the HC team and employees while ensuring activities are completed in line with internal policies, procedures and applicable local employment requirements.</li> <li>Process Transformation and Improvement: Support transformation activity by documenting current processes, identifying pain points, testing new ways of working, helping embed process changes into day-to-day operations, and partnering with the Human Capital Systems team on improvements.</li> <li>System Testing and Validation: Participate in testing and validation of system enhancements, ensuring they meet the needs of the firm, with a focus on EMEA-specific processes.</li> <li>Team Support and Guidance: Provide guidance to junior team members, share process knowledge and support consistent execution across the HC Operations team.</li> </ul> <h2>Your Skills and Qualifications</h2> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.</li> <li>6+ years of relevant experience in HC Operations, HR Operations, People Operations or a similar role, preferably in a financial or professional services firm.</li> <li>Experience managing employee lifecycle processes and data in Workday, ServiceNow HRSD, and Greenhouse ATS strongly</li> <li>Experience supporting EMEA HR processes, employee documentation, onboarding, offboarding, transfers and data changes.</li> <li>Experience providing guidance to junior team members, coordinating work across a team, or acting as a senior point of escalation preferred.</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.</li> <li>Understanding of HR processes, employment requirements and operational compliance considerations in the EMEA region.</li> <li>Excellent organizational, time management and relationship building</li> </ul> <h2>Competencies for Success</h2> <ul> <li>Intellectual Curiosity: Demonstrates curiosity, sound judgment and a desire to understand how processes, systems and teams connect.</li> <li>Systems Thinking: Willing to learn end-to-end processes, identify opportunities for improvement and surface issues or inefficiencies.</li> <li>Execution Focus: Self-starter with a strong work ethic, high energy and a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done accurately and on time.</li> <li>Ownership and Problem Solving: Organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to surface concerns, recommend practical solutions and follow through to resolution.</li> <li>Discretion and Judgment: Demonstrates maturity when handling sensitive employee information and confidential data, maintaining discretion at all times.</li> <li>Collaboration: Team player who works effectively in a collegial environment, supports others when needed and contributes positively to team culture.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#LI-ONSITE</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>KKR is an equal opportunity employer.
