Our Mission and Vision At Solidgate , our mission is clear: to empower outstanding entrepreneurs to build exceptional internet companies. We exist to fuel the builders — the ones shaping the digital economy — with the financial infrastructure they deserve. To achieve that, we’re on a bold path: to become the #1 payments orchestration platform in the world. We believe the future of payments is shaped by people who think big, take ownership, and bring curiosity and drive to everything they do. That’s exactly the kind of teammates we want on board. We're building the #1 payment orchestrator in the world — and the names behind us prove it. Clients include Bolt, Ajax, Nova Post, MEGOGO. Trusted by giants like J.P. Morgan. Ranked #2 in the "Employer of the Year 2026" award by Forbes Ukraine. Why This Role Is Critical We're scaling fast, and our People-Ops team needs a dedicated owner for the day-to-day work — onboarding, performance cycles, L&D coordination. Right now, too much of that falls on our People Partners. We're hiring an HR Operations Specialist to take that off their plates: keep the data clean, keep processes running smoothly, and build them where they don't exist yet. What You Will Own Running new-hire onboarding end-to-end — from day-one logistics to first-30-days check-ins — so every joiner starts productive, not confused Keeping HR data accurate and up to date across our systems, so leadership can trust every dashboard and headcount number without double-checking it Coordinating the performance review cycle logistics — deadlines, reminders, form access, data collection — so the cycle closes on time Documenting People Management processes as they exist today and flagging where they break, turning tribal knowledge into something anyone on the team can follow Scheduling and tracking the L&D roadmap, and pulling completion and feedback data so we know what's actually landing Supporting Employer Branding and engagement activities — from event logistics to internal comms — that keep the culture visible and motivation high Building simple reports and dashboards that give the People team a clear read on onboarding health, review completion, and engagement metrics Our Ideal Candidate 1+ year of experience in HR, HR operations, or recruitment — this is a genuine entry point into HR, not a role that requires years of prior HR experience Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting — you don't need to be an analyst, but numbers shouldn't intimidate you A structured, detail-oriented approach — you notice when something's off before it becomes a problem Strong sense of ownership — you follow through on tasks without needing to be chased Ability to work independently on routine processes while staying coordinated with the wider People team English level B2 or higher Bonus points Recruitment background and a desire to transition fully into HR A positive attitude and the ability to energise people around you Strong results orientation and bias to action Awareness of global HR trends and best practices Continuous learning mindset Ability to give and receive constructive feedback Why Solidgate? High impact: you’re not inheriting, you’re creating Career-defining growth: Solidgate is scaling, and you’ll scale with it A-players only: work with people who raise the bar every day Global reach: 300+ people, 200+ clients, 1 mission Tomorrow’s fintech needs your mindset. Come build it with us. 🫂 Know top talent? We’re always on the lookout. Recommend someone for our role, and if they get hired, there’s a bonus waiting for you — simple as that.
