About the Role Fivetran + dbt Labs is looking for a driven and proactive HR Operations Administrator to join the People Team to help with the establishment of our operations in Novi Sad. This role will work onsite in our office and will partner closely with the Sr. HR Operations Partners in EMEA to support the local team of both local employees and foreign nationals. This role will bring to Fivetran + dbt Labs knowledge of local HR practices and compliance and support local employees with many of the onsite in person administrative HR tasks. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract until February 2028, with the opportunity to become a permanent role as our team continues to grow. Based in our Novi Sad office. Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
