<p>We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects. The company is Asia's leading Technology venture studio. </p> <p>We are looking for a dedicated HR & Accounting Officer to manage their human resources functions and accounting tasks. This role will involve managing HR processes and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.</p> <p><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></p> <p><strong>Human Resources duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Onboard new employees and ensure a smooth orientation process.</li> <li>Maintain employee records and HR databases.</li> <li>Assist in developing HR policies and procedures.</li> <li>Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.</li> <li>Support employee engagement initiatives and training programs.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Accounting duties:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Handle daily accounting operations and maintain proper accounting records</li> <li>Voucher input, invoice checking, payment and filing</li> <li>Manger courier, letters, cheque bank in and document delivery if needed</li> <li>Assist supervisor in daily work and in ad hoc assignments</li> <li>Maintain proper bank balance</li> </ul> <p><strong>You might thrive in this role if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>Proven experience in HR and accounting roles is preferred.</li> <li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Familiarity with HR/Accounting software and databases is a plus.</li> <li>A proactive mindset with a can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills.</li> </ul>
