AI is already a core part of how we work. We use it to move faster, automate work, research, analyze, build, and improve our products and processes. We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who works the same way. We’re looking for someone who uses AI agents, automation, integrations, and structured workflows to get real marketing work done – and can show us the results. You won’t be joining to follow a fixed marketing playbook. You’ll have the opportunity to bring your ideas and help shape how marketing works at OTGS, reaching hundreds of thousands of users worldwide. <h2>What You’ll Do</h2> <ul> <li> Find marketing and growth opportunities and turn them into concrete actions. </li> <li> Work hands-on across content, SEO/GEO, email, product marketing, acquisition, conversion, and other areas where you can make an impact. </li> <li> Use AI agents and automation as a core part of your everyday work. </li> <li> Build and improve workflows that help us achieve more with AI. </li> <li> Use data and business results to understand what works, what doesn’t, and what we should improve. </li> <li> Work directly with product, development, and support teams to understand our products, customers, and opportunities. </li> <li> Take ownership from identifying an opportunity through execution, measurement, and improvement. </li> </ul> <h2>What We’re Looking For</h2> <ul> <li> You already use AI agents, automation, or advanced AI workflows in your everyday work, own the quality of what they produce, and can show us the results. </li> <li> You adapt quickly when priorities change and can work effectively even when not everything is clearly defined from the beginning. </li> <li> You combine strategic thinking with strong hands-on execution. You can identify what needs to be done and turn ideas into action. </li> <li> You understand how marketing connects to business results and can share specific examples of your impact. </li> <li> You enjoy working across different areas of marketing, wearing different hats, and learning new things as needed. </li> <li> You have experience marketing technical products.
