Experience in Austria and/or the EU strongly preferred.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-VChrdDBySoudFzxvxEkurcRqsMg" data-list="bullet"> <div>Demonstrated experience leading regulatory or licensing initiatives (e.g. MiCAR licensing processes) and coordinating directly with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-VqHHdbvjwogOpaxnjdEu6NFustg" data-list="bullet"> <div>Strong understanding of Austrian and EU laws relating to regulatory compliance, in particular with respect to MiCAR, MiFID and E-Money Directive / Payment Services Directive, and banking sector.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-QesTdSiXiobKCaxuOkkuc6OOsth" data-list="bullet"> <div>Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and leadership teams and to translate complex regulation into actionable guidance.</div> </li> <li class="ace-line ace-line old-record-id-Bcucdc91Do85NWxzi01uSPw5swv" data-list="bullet"> <div>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
