This role is a fixed-term 6-month contract.    What you will do <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build, operate, and optimize performance engines across self-service, e-commerce checkout, cross-sell, upsell, and sales-assisted motions.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own paid media performance across paid search, paid social, retargeting, display, YouTube, affiliates, and emerging channels. This includes budget planning, pacing, campaign QA, audience selection, keyword strategy, creative testing, bid strategy, and reporting. </li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner closely with a dedicated design team to develop and test creative assets including social ads, infographics, and landing page banners.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Continuously test and optimize audiences, offers, creative, landing pages, bidding strategies, and channel mix to improve conversion, pipeline impact, and move toward net-positive ROAS.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own the e-commerce conversion experience from traffic to add-to-cart to checkout, including landing pages, offer presentation, product packaging, cart behavior, promotions, urgency, bundling, and purchase intent.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate performance data into clear recommendations on what is working, what is not, what to change, and where to invest next.</li> </ul>   <h2>Your track record</h2> <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have increased qualified inbound traffic, add-to-carts, conversion rates, pipeline, revenue, ARR, ROI, or ROAS.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have managed paid media programs hands-on and understand how to test new channels, optimize existing channels, and make informed budget recommendations.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You have improved e-commerce or self-service buying experiences by diagnosing where buyers drop off and testing ways to move more visitors from browsing to purchase.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You can take a partially formed growth motion, build the operating system around it, and make the numbers move.</li> </ul>   What you will have <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, paid media, or e-commerce marketing, with a strong emphasis on driving conversions and revenue through direct-to-consumer or online retail channels.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, display, retargeting, YouTube, affiliates, or other acquisition channels.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical instincts with the ability to diagnose performance across traffic, audience, channel, offer, creative, landing page, cart, checkout, nurture, and sales handoff.</li> <li style="line-height: 1.4; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to manage budgets, pacing, testing roadmaps, tracking, attribution, and reporting while running multiple campaigns and optimizations at once.</li> </ul>   Nice to have <ul> <li style="line-height: 1.4;
