About Greenboard At Greenboard, we're building the future of financial compliance. Greenboard is the unified, AI-native compliance operating system for RIAs, broker-dealers, fintechs, private funds, hedge funds, and more. It replaces the fragmented mix of legacy tools and automates more than was previously possible. By centralizing data and workflows, Greenboard helps firms reduce regulatory risk, simplify their technology stack, modernize how they run compliance, and save money. We're backed by Y Combinator, General Catalyst, Base10, and other top-tier investors, and have raised over $20M to date. Brand-name financial institutions already rely on Greenboard, and we're growing fast. About the Role You’ll join our Growth team as the technical owner of Greenboard’s go-to-market systems and revenue data. Growth builds and runs everything behind our sales engine: HubSpot as the system of record, the integrations that connect it to our support and call data, the automation that keeps deals moving, and the reporting Sales leadership uses to run the business. This is a builder role. The foundation is in place: the HubSpot data model is built and the roadmap is clear. What we need now is someone to build on top of it. You’ll own a backlog of automation, integration, and analytics projects, decide what to tackle first, and ship each one end to end. You’ll report to our co-founder and CTO, who is spending more of his time on go-to-market and wants a technical partner to build the growth function with him. You’ll also work closely with our Head of Revenue, who owns the sales process and is the main customer for what you build. Expect to run fast experiments, get deep into the details, and help shape how Greenboard grows from here. What You'll Work On HubSpot build and administration Own HubSpot as a platform: objects, properties, picklist governance, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, and native integrations Partner with the Head of Revenue to turn sales process decisions (stage definitions, exit criteria, qualification criteria, forecast categories) into clean, documented HubSpot configuration Surface rep CRM hygiene gaps (missing meetings, stale stages, unattached call recordings) so Sales leadership can act on them Automation and data quality Build and maintain the automation layer: deal stage logic, first-meeting-held and call-recording triggers, customer start date rules, lead routing, and handoff workflows Own technical data hygiene: deduplication, backfills, source reconciliation, bulk corrections, and ongoing data quality monitoring Conversation and deal intelligence Own the tooling and analysis behind call review, closed-lost investigation, and coaching data, and work with the Head of Revenue to turn what you find into changes in how the team sells Build automated call review and deal intelligence pipelines using LLM APIs on top of Fireflies and HubSpot data Analytics and automated reporting Configure the HubSpot dashboards and reports Sales leadership uses: pipeline and conversion by source and rep, bookings, activity, and forecast views Build and extend our automated Slack reporting (weekly sales report-out, sales management and sales development reports) pulling from HubSpot and Fireflies Support event and partner attribution reporting alongside Events Marketing and the partnerships team Answer ad hoc data questions quickly and turn the recurring ones into durable reports Who You Are A systems thinker who likes owning the whole stack, from schema design to the dashboard on someone's screen Deep, hands-on CRM experience: you've built complex workflows, designed custom objects and properties, debugged sync issues, and know where HubSpot's limits are and how to work around them Comfortable with SQL and at least one scripting language (Python or JavaScript), and with integration through APIs Experience with agentic coding Rigorous about data integrity. You treat revenue data like production code: versioned, tested, documented Able to take a vague business ask ("we need pipeline by first-touch source") and turn it into requirements, a data model, and a shipped report High ownership and bias to action in an early-stage environment; you'd rather ship a v1 and iterate than wait for a perfect spec Clear communicator who can explain what a number means, why it moved, and what's wrong with it Qualifications Required 4 to 8 years in growth, sales operations, GTM systems, data engineering, or analytics engineering at a B2B SaaS company Expert-level CRM administration and development (HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub; Operations Hub a plus) Strong SQL; working proficiency in Python or JavaScript Comfort with dbt, a data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres), or reverse ETL tooling Experience building and maintaining integrations between a CRM and adjacent GTM tools (call intelligence, support, marketing) Experience building executive-facing dashboards, in HubSpot's reporting layer or a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Hex, Sigma, or similar) Track record of shipping systems and automation end to end, not just scoping them Preferred Experience building with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) for internal automation, reporting, or analysis Exposure to partner or channel sales models and the attribution problems they create Experience with conversation intelligence tooling (Fireflies, Gong, or similar) and its CRM integrations Background in fintech, compliance, or financial services software BENEFITS 401(k) with 5% company match Medical, dental, and vision coverage 15 days PTO + 11 company holidays + flexible sick time 2 additional PTO days for each year of service (up to 10 additional days) 10 remote days per year plus additional around the holidays Bi-annual off-sites and team retreats Front-row seat to building the operating backbone of modern finance
