Location: United States — Remote Compensation: $200,000–$350,000 USD Start Date: ASAP Languages: Fluent English required Type: Full-time About the Opportunity Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing technology company building critical infrastructure that powers high-volume, real-time business operations across multiple systems and platforms. We are seeking a Group Product Manager to provide senior product leadership across multiple product areas and help define the company's long-term product strategy. What You'll Do Define product vision and strategy across multiple product areas. Lead a portfolio of strategically important products. Partner with executive leadership on company strategy. Identify major market and product opportunities. Establish product operating models, metrics, and standards. Lead and mentor senior product managers. Align Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Operations. Drive strategic launches and company-wide initiatives. Represent customer and market insight at the executive level. What We're Looking For 10+ years of product management experience. Significant experience leading multiple products or product teams. Exceptional product strategy and business judgment. Strong technical fluency. Proven executive-level communication. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing product organizations. Strong customer, market, and commercial orientation. Nice to Have AI/ML or infrastructure products. Developer platforms. B2B enterprise technology. High-growth scale-up experience. Experience managing senior product leaders. Why Join?
