Based in Chennai, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of Flix's services, likely including manage ground operations, fleet management and related logistics, manage team of ground operations associates and vendor management processes! About The Role <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Manage a team of Operations Associates on the ground, guiding them to execute daily tasks efficiently and ensuring overall operational success</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Monitor and improve operational KPIs (e.g. bus punctuality, service quality, bus station accessibility & compliance), ensuring operators adhere to our processes and standards, while identifying and solving risks</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Distribution and Inventory: Oversee the organized distribution of bus equipment and items, track inventory levels, and coordinate timely reorders with vendors.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">GoLive Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support for the launch.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Increase offline ticket sales share from the particular city by developing network of agents and through ground ops associates present in the city as well.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Quality and Safety Enforcement: Enforce strict adherence to quality and safety standards among bus partners and conduct regular audits, fix discrepancies & manage escalations</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">New Bus Line Launch -Assign ground operations associates to train driver and bus hosts</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Work on customer satisfaction initiatives and address feedback to improve station experience</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Identify & create bus stations across the region, and work closely with Network Planning & Business Development teams</li> </ul> About You <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">4 years’ hands-on experience in managing ground operations or last mile operations in intercity travels operations, bus operators or last mile (logistics) company.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Fluency in English, Hindi, Tamil/Telugu/Kannada.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Team manager with strong interpersonal skills & stakeholder management skills.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Data Driven -Ability to analyse data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency. Good with Ms Excel, PowerPoint.</li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;">Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; flexible of working in shifts (24/7).
